Role Description The Technical Officer at Grihum Housing Finance will be responsible for conducting on-site technical evaluations of properties related to housing finance applications in Gwalior. This full-time role includes inspecting and verifying construction quality, assessing property valuation parameters, and ensuring alignment with organizational technical and compliance standards.

The Technical

Officer will prepare explicit technical reports, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with branch teams to support loan processing and risk assessment. The role involves engaging with customers and external partners to clarify technical findings,



provide guidance on property-related requirements, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. This is an on-site position based in Gwalior, requiring regular field visits and coordination with local stakeholders.

Qualifications
