About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who can manage enterprise client relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have experience working with customer onboarding platforms, a good understanding of APIs, and solid client coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.

- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of client issues by working closely with relevant internal teams.

- Work with clients to understand technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate with Product, Technology,



Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates on project progress.

- Support client requirements related to APIs and integrations.

- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer onboarding and experience.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Client Success, Implementation, or a similar role.

- Experience working with customer onboarding platforms.

- Experience managing enterprise clients, preferably in the BFSI domain.

- Good understanding of APIs and integrations.

- Strong client communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
