Hiring: Team Leader – OPS
- US voice experience is mandatory as a Team Lead on paper
Location: Pune(Viman Nagar)
Process: International Healthcare

Qualification: Graduate
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Shift: Rotational
Working Days: 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service associates.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and KPIs.
- Coach team members and improve overall performance.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quality service delivery.
