Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives.

Drive business loan sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor team performance, calling productivity, lead conversion, and application volumes.

Guide team members in handling customer objections and improving conversion rates.

Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers and maintain lead quality.

Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback to improve team performance.

Track sales reports, team productivity, and CRM data accuracy.

Ensure adherence to sales processes, customer service standards, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:





✔ 3–5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or business loans.

✔ Prior experience in team handling and sales target management.

✔ Good understanding of unsecured business loans and financial products.

✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and team motivation abilities.

✔ Fluency in Hindi and English.

✔ A target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
