- Robust understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
- Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
