Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate competitive offers and close top-tier candidates efficiently.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
- Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
- Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
- Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
