Role Description The Tally Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The individual in this role will provide day-to-day support to clients using Tally and related ERP solutions, including handling queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users on best practices.

Responsibilities include responding to phone and email support requests, documenting and resolving service tickets, and coordinating with technical teams for escalations when required. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports,



and assisting with data entry or configuration changes within Tally.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills, with the ability to manage records, documentation, and routine office tasks efficiently.
- Executive administrative assistance capabilities, including organizing information, prioritizing tasks, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
- Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills for handling customer calls, explaining solutions, and providing courteous support.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tally and ERP systems, with an aptitude for learning software features and troubleshooting common issues.
- Relevant educational background in commerce, business, IT, or a related field; prior experience in customer support or Tally operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Navi Mumbai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-centric approach to service.
