Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a background in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. The candidate must have strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and purchasing, along with proven team-handling skills. Hindi-speaking ability is mandatory for this position.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, outgoing, and willing to travel for business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement, pricing, and timely delivery.
- Oversee warehouse operations, stock control, inventory accuracy, and material movement.
- Monitor transportation, dispatches, and logistics activities.
- Lead and coordinate the supply chain team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop effective supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to applicable industry standards.




- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
- Travel for business meetings, supplier visits, and operational requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and purchasing.
- Proven team-handling and coordination experience.
- *Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Positive negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Outgoing personality with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Notice Period

Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are also welcome to apply.
