Minimum Qualification Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Support end-to-end subcontract administration for offshore oil & gas projects. Manage subcontracting activities from tendering through contract close-out. Prepare and issue:

- Request for Quotations (RFQ)
- Invitation to Bid (ITB)
- Tender Documents
- Bid Evaluation Reports
- Contract Award Recommendations
- Work Orders and Amendments

Coordinate pre-qualification of subcontractors and vendors. Conduct commercial and techno-commercial evaluations of subcontractor proposals. Participate in subcontract negotiations and contract finalization. Administer construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, logistics, marine, and specialized service contracts. Monitor subcontractor performance against scope, schedule, quality, safety, and commercial obligations. Track subcontract milestones, deliverables, invoices, retention,



and payment certifications. Manage contract variations, change orders, claims, and extension requests. Maintain subcontract correspondence, records, logs, and document control systems. Review subcontractor invoices and certify payment recommendations based on progress achieved. Ensure contractual compliance with company policies, project requirements, and client obligations. Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities. Participate in subcontract risk assessment and mitigation exercises. Prepare subcontract status reports and management dashboards. Support project audits and compliance reviews.
