About the role

We’re looking for a counsellor who can take a student from first enquiry to enrolment. You’ll speak to students and parents, understand what they need, recommend the right university and course in the UK or Ireland, and see it through to an offer and a deposit. You’ll work with our applications and visa team so each student’s file is right the first time.

What you’ll do

- Handle inbound and outbound leads from our website, Meta and Google campaigns, events and referrals, by phone, WhatsApp, email, video call and office meetings
- Assess each student’s profile (academics, budget, test scores, career goals) and shortlist suitable universities and courses in the UK and Ireland
- Explain costs, scholarships, intakes, part time work rules and post-study work options clearly and honestly to students and parents
- Turn enquiries into applications, offers and deposits,



and meet monthly and intake-wise targets
- Follow up consistently and keep every interaction updated in our CRM
- Work with the applications and visa team on SOPs, documents and funds so files are strong before they are filed
- Represent TMC at university events, webinars, education fairs and school or college visits
- Keep up with changes in UK and Irish visa and immigration rules, and with what our partner universities require

What we’re looking for

- A graduate in any discipline. A postgraduate degree or overseas study experience is a plus
- 1–5 years in study abroad counselling, admissions or education sales. UK or Ireland experience is strongly preferred
- A track record of meeting enrolment or sales targets, with numbers you can show us
- Fluent English and Hindi, spoken and written
- Confidence with parents. Our students’ families often make the final decision

- Comfortable with a CRM and with handling 60–100+ leads a week
- Honest. We don’t overpromise to students, and we’d rather lose a sale than sell the wrong course
