Job Summary: Binge Consulting is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to manage daily service operations, lead the service team, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise service staff and manage daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Manage table setup, order accuracy, and billing.
- Drive upselling and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
