About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team at AM Green IGPL. If you have a passion for modern design, editorial storytelling, and creating visually compelling brand experiences, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into engaging visual content across print and digital platforms while maintaining a premium and consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality magazine layouts, newsletters, annual reports, brochures, and editorial publications.
- Create visually appealing social media creatives, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop branding assets including event branding, banners, standees, posters, invitations, merchandise, and promotional materials.
- Design graphics for websites, emailers, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketing teams, photographers, and management to create impactful visual communication.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color palettes, layouts, and overall brand identity across all communication channels.
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital production while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, AI-powered design tools, and creative technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).




- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of editorial design, magazine layout principles, grid systems, typography, and print production.
- Strong creative sense with an eye for colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create modern, premium, colourful, and engaging designs.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro) will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (editorial or publishing experience preferred).
- A robust portfolio showcasing magazine layouts, newsletters, branding projects, and marketing creatives is mandatory.
