We are looking forward to hire Dynamics CRM Professionals in the following areas:

- 10+ years of overall experience in CRM as a lead techno functional consultant
- Possess deep and hands-on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, as well as Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Good knowledge in CoPilot and AI related initiatives
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and presentations to prospective clients
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations




- Well versed and experienced in 3-4 implementation projects from scratch
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
- Global experience and working in diversified environments
