We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team.

? Location: Mumbai (Marol)

? Experience: 3–6 Years

? Industry: BFSI / Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions across various levels
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals amp; job portals
- Handle hiring across Sales, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Collections, Relationship Management
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, joining formalities
- Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closures




- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships

Key Requirements

✅ 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI

✅ Strong experience in sourcing and screening BFSI candidates

✅ Positive understanding of BFSI roles and talent availability

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation amp; follow-up skills

✅ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

✅ Hands-on experience with Naukri
