Role Description The Sports Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving sales and revenue across CosmoWellness’ fitness and wellness offerings. This role includes identifying and converting new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with gymnasiums, fitness studios, corporate clients, and residential communities.

Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.



Day-to-day activities involve tracking sales performance, managing pipelines, conducting client meetings and presentations, and providing feedback to marketing and operations for continuous improvement. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and meet targets.

Qualifications

- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Experience with fitness, wellness, or sports services, and understanding of gymnasium and fitness studio operations.
- Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage diverse stakeholders and close deals.
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and use CRM or similar tools for pipeline and performance tracking.
- Collaborative mindset to work with marketing, operations, and training teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in a sales or sales management role, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or sports industry.
- Capacity to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
