Role Description The Solutions Architect will design and oversee end-to-end AI and software solutions that address client business needs and operational challenges. This is a full time remote role responsible for translating requirements into scalable architectures, selecting appropriate technologies, and defining integration patterns between systems and AI agents. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with clients and internal teams to clarify business processes, create technical designs and documentation, and guide implementation efforts for software development and integration.

The role also involves consulting on best practices, reviewing solution designs for quality and performance,



ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards, and providing technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

- Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Consulting experience with clients or stakeholders, focusing on understanding business needs and shaping technical solutions.
- Hands-on Software Development experience with modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Systems Integration, including working with RESTful services, data pipelines, and third-party platforms.
- Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization to align technical solutions with operational goals.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation platforms is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectural best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Track record of leading solution design from concept through implementation and support.
