Internship Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software QA Engineer Intern to join our quality assurance team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the performance, functionality, and user experience of our products meet the highest standards. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and transition into a full-time role in a fast-growing tech company.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct testing on current products to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues Suggest actionable solutions for identified product deficiencies

Continuously investigate and improve product quality for enhanced customer satisfaction

Assist in planning and executing the overall quality assurance strategy

Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure smooth and productive project delivery

Identify bottlenecks in the QA process and propose improvements

Participate in continuous improvement projects across QA and product teams

Collect and analyze data to track product quality

Define and monitor key KPIs to assess and report on product quality





Prepare QA reports and present metrics to senior leadership

Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC)

Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques

Basic knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc. is a plus Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently in a remote setup
