Cyber & GRC Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Security Operations (SecOps) solutions.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate risk, compliance and security requirements into practical ServiceNow configurations, workflows and integrations.

Key responsibilities

- Configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories and implementation tasks.
- Develop workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and access controls.
- Support risk assessments, policy and compliance management, control testing, audit and issue management.
- Configure SecOps processes such as Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response, according to project scope.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Troubleshoot defects, conduct testing and support UAT, deployments and production stabilisation.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to code reviews and knowledge transfer.

Skills and experience





- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Demonstrated implementation experience in IRM/GRC and/or SecOps, with the ability to clearly explain your module expertise.
- Robust JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and ServiceNow configuration skills.
- Experience with integrations, data imports, transform maps and deployment management.
- Understanding of risk, compliance, controls or security operations processes.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Relevant Certified Implementation Specialist credentials in Risk and Compliance, Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response.
