About the role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Full Stack Software Developer to architect, scale, and optimize high-impact web applications. In this role, you will lead end-to-end features across the entire MERN stack while supercharging your daily development lifecycle using state-of-the-art AI coding assistants (such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot).

You will bridge traditional full-stack web engineering with contemporary AI capabilities, embedding intelligent features like RAG pipelines, LLM APIs, and vector search directly into production environments at an accelerated pace

What You’ll Do

- Full Stack Engineering: Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive front-end applications (React.js) and robust, scalable server-side microservices (Node.js, Express.js).
- Database & Data Architecture: Design, query, and optimize complex MongoDB schemas, aggregation pipelines, Mongoose ODMs, and high-performance caching layers (Redis).
- AI-Accelerated Workflow: Champion the adoption of modern AI coding environments (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate code generation, automated testing,



refactoring, and root-cause debugging.
- AI & RAG Feature Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party LLM APIs, custom AI models, vector stores, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines into web platforms.
- Code Governance & Quality: Review, audit, and refine AI-generated code snippets to ensure compliance with enterprise standards for security, performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, systems architects and GTM throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

What We’re Looking For

- Production Experience: [3–6 ] years of professional full-stack development experience building and deploying MERN applications.
- Deep understanding of databases: MongoDB, Redis and familiarity with cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Git workflows and CI/CD tools
- Strong debugging and performance profiling skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience integrating AI/ML models in production systems.
- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Exposure to Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or building custom LLM agents and automated workflows.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, Pinecone, or Milvus for semantic search applications.
