Software Developer (.Net) – TAL India Software Development Team

Experience: 4–8 years of relevant software development experience

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer / SD-II to join the TAL India Software Development Team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET development, debugging, OOP, LINQ, ORM, and software development practices, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with technical leads and US-based teams.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech/BE in Computer Science preferred
- B.Tech/BE in IT or Electronics may also be considered
- MCA candidates are eligible
- Not eligible: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, B.Sc., or BCA

Key Responsibilities

Individual Contribution – 80%

- Independently develop and maintain software applications.
- Work on project development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.




- Complete assigned technical tasks with minimal supervision from the Technical Lead.
- Write secure, robust, and exception-free code.

Collaboration & Technical Activities – 20%

- Work with the Technical Lead on requirement analysis.
- Contribute to design and architecture discussions.
- Prepare and maintain development documentation.
- Work on CI/CD pipelines and software installers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and US-based teams.
