Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Social Media Marketing & ECOMMERCE Specialist. The specialist will manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms, including planning content calendars, creating engaging posts, and monitoring performance metrics. The role involves coordinating digital campaigns, optimizing e-commerce listings and product pages, and improving online customer engagement and conversion.

The specialist will collaborate with design, production,



and sales teams to align social media and e-commerce strategies with brand objectives and new product launches. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, responding to customer inquiries, managing promotions, and staying updated on trends in fashion, luxury, and digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills to plan, produce, and manage engaging campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Digital Marketing and Marketing skills to drive traffic, improve brand visibility, and support online sales growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar), product listing optimization, and online merchandising is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights from social media and e-commerce analytics tools to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Prior experience in fashion, luxury, or consumer goods marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
