Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the brand's presence across social media platforms, handling day-to-day postings, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and brand consistency — while working closely with the Sr. Social Media Specialist to drive engagement and growth. The role also involves coordinating content shoots end-to-end, supporting video production and presentation, and staying on top of market trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain social media profiles across platforms, ensuring timely postings and consistent brand identity
- Monitor and respond to ORM (Online Reputation Management) queries, reviews, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner
- Collaborate with the Sr. Social Media Specialist to meet engagement and growth targets, and improve content performance
- Coordinate content shoots end-to-end — liaising with students, faculty, mentors, and other stakeholders, arranging videographers, and managing shoot logistics




- Support video production and undertake video presentation/hosting duties, including testimonial collection; travel for shoots as required

Requirements:

- Prior experience in social media management is an added advantage
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative independently
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for video presentation, with comfort and confidence on camera for hosting
- Working knowledge of social media analytics and current content trends
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, work flexible schedule, and travel for shoots when required
- Track market and content trends, and actively contribute new ideas in team discussions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
