About us

Brand Cartelz is an AI-powered social media marketing agency. We run content for restaurants, dental clinics, and personal brands, with international clients. Our team is fully remote, and you will work directly with the founders.

The role

You are the link between the founders and our creative team of editors and designers. You make sure a client’s content gets planned well and delivered on time.

What you will do

- Plan a client’s content for the month in Notion before it starts. This covers reels, image posts, and stories, with ideas, instructions, music, and footage.
- Track deadlines through the month so nothing is late.
- Handle a client’s revision requests and pass them to editors and designers clearly.
- Check the quality of a reel, post, or story before it goes out.
- Work with our operations head, editors, and designers daily.
- Handle a client load of about 6 to 8 reels, 6 to 8 image posts, and 10 stories per month. You take on more clients as you get faster and better.

Who we want

- Students or recent graduates from design, fashion, media, or communication programs. We especially like students from NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, SOFT, MICA, Symbiosis, IIMC, Xavier Institute of Communications,



JD Institute, and similar colleges.
- Someone who lives on Instagram and knows what good content looks like.
- Explicit writing and good English.
- Organized, reliable, and happy to follow up until things are done.
- Comfortable learning new tools. We use AI tools every day, and no experience with them is needed.

Nice to have

- Past work managing a page, a college club’s social media, or freelance content.
- Basic knowledge of Notion, Canva, or Adobe tools.
