Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to manage client accounts, develop content strategies, coordinate with the creative team, and ensure consistent execution of social media plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Develop monthly content strategies and calendars for clients.
- Ideate reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Write reel scripts, post copy, captions, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with editors and graphic designers for content execution.
- Manage content timelines, approvals, revisions, and publishing schedules.
- Handle client communication and follow-ups.
- Manage community engagement, including comments and DMs where required.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain content calendars, task trackers, and client sheets.
- Plan festive campaigns, influencer collaborations, and shoots when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
