About the Role

Digital Khidki is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with 3–4 years of experience in managing social media platforms, developing content strategies, and driving audience engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and posting schedules.
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, post ideas, reels, and stories.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, views, and other performance metrics.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure timely content delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and organic growth.
- Monitor competitors and implement recent ideas to improve social media performance.




- Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of content planning, audience engagement, social media analytics, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent communication, caption-writing, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make improvements based on insights.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
