We're Hiring | SME / Senior Recruiter

Location: Pune

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can manage complex and specialized hiring requirements, including senior-level positions such as AVP and VP roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing and recruitment for niche, specialized, and senior-level positions.
- Develop advanced Boolean search strings and effective headhunting strategies.
- Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements across multiple job openings.
- Identify and engage suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and assess role suitability.
- Manage candidate relationships and drive the recruitment process through to joining.




- Handle multiple requirements while maintaining sourcing quality and hiring timelines.

Requirements:

- 2.5–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in the Indian recruitment market.
- Ability to handle niche and specialized hiring.
- Experience in sourcing senior-level candidates, including leadership roles, is desirable.
- Solid headhunting, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements independently.
- Candidates must currently reside in Pune.
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview; immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
