## Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support talent acquisition technology, process optimization, system enhancements, and integrations. The role will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into effective SmartRecruiters solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for recruitment processes.
- Map current-state and future-state talent acquisition workflows.
- Support SmartRecruiters configuration, including requisitions, approval workflows, application forms, templates, roles, and permissions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams on interfaces, APIs, data flows, and field mappings.
- Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Perform impact analysis for system changes, releases, and process enhancements.
- Investigate production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution.
- Develop process flows, requirements traceability matrices, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
- Support reporting, dashboards, data quality, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate solutions to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Support deployment, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experience.

## Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting ATS or HR technology platforms.




- Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters or a comparable applicant tracking system.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional design, testing, and production support.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, and system integrations.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
- Robust analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.

## Preferred Qualifications

- SmartRecruiters certification or formal product training.
- Experience with SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite.
- Knowledge of job boards, background-check providers, assessment tools, onboarding platforms, and recruitment marketing solutions.
- Experience supporting global, multi-country, or multi-language implementations.
- Understanding of recruitment data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar delivery tools.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
