Job Purpose
Purple Corp is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at its project in Pune, with a solid focus on RCC works, finishing activities, quality control, and timely execution.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise RCC activities, including reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting, along with finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and waterproofing.
- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor workmanship, identify defects, and coordinate necessary rectifications.
- Manage labour teams and contractors, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity and work progress.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth site operations.
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other concerned teams.
- Ensure compliance with site safety protocols, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

Qualification
- Minimum qualification:
12th Pass.

Required Skills & Experience
- Approximately 6 years of experience in site supervision within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC and finishing work.
- Ability to understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience in labor management, contractor coordination, and site execution.
- Good understanding of construction quality, safety, and progress monitoring.
