Role Description This is a full-time, in office Site Sales Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Site Sales

Executive will greet and engage prospective buyers at project sites, conduct property tours, and clearly explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. The role involves managing inquiries, following up with leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting customers through the booking and documentation process in collaboration with the sales and operations teams. The person in this role will maintain up-to-date knowledge of all project details,



contribute to on-site sales campaigns, and provide feedback from customers to help improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship building, active listening, and professional communication.
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to convert leads into bookings and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts, pricing structures, and residential project features.
- Proficiency in using phones, email, and basic computer applications (CRM or lead management tools is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site at project locations in Kolkata, including weekends and peak customer visiting hours.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Kolkata; strong presentation skills are preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate, retail sales, or customer service is beneficial but not strictly required.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
