We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients, a leading multinational company in the Furniture & Organised Retail industry.

Position: Showroom Sales Manager

Locations: Kukatpally | Chandanagar | Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom sales and retail operations.
- Drive sales growth, customer conversions, and achievement of showroom targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Handle walk-in customers, product enquiries, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure smooth showroom operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in showroom sales and retail management.
- Preferred industry background:



Furniture, Home Furnishings, Home Décor, Consumer Durables, or Organised Retail.
- Proven experience in team handling, sales conversion, and showroom operations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu are mandatory.
- Professional, presentable, and target-oriented.
