Showroom Head – Furniture & Home Appliances

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Showroom Head to oversee the overall operations of our furniture and home appliances showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales management expertise, and the ability to manage employees, improve showroom performance, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, customer inquiries, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
- Set sales targets and ensure individual and team accountability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, product displays, and stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Ensure proper billing procedures, order processing, and timely product delivery.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales guidance and product training.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly showroom performance reports for management.




- Ensure showroom cleanliness, product presentation, and operational standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain proper procedures for sales, customer follow-ups, inventory, and employee responsibilities.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management; furniture or home appliances experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve business targets.
- Positive understanding of sales operations, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, CRM software, and MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, identify performance gaps, and take corrective action.
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate: A strong leader who can take ownership of showroom performance, manage the team effectively, maintain operational discipline, and drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per day
