Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and project execution.
- Coordinate with labour teams, subcontractors and project management.
- Monitor work quality, site progress, material usage and safety.
- Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines.
- Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience.
- Experience in concrete flooring, industrial flooring or building construction is preferred.
- Civil Engineering qualification or relevant technical/site experience.
- Willingness to work at project locations anywhere in India.
