Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities for pre-engineered building projects. This role involves monitoring erection work, ensuring adherence to structural drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards at the site.

The Site

Engineer will coordinate with design, fabrication, and project management teams, manage site resources, and maintain progress reports and documentation. The role also includes resolving technical issues on site,



communicating with stakeholders, and supporting timely project completion.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively on site, managing day-to-day construction activities and site coordination.
- Solid communication skills to interact with project teams, contractors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports.
- Experience in quality control, including inspection of materials and workmanship, and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles relevant to steel and pre-engineered buildings.
- Background as a civil engineer, with understanding of civil construction practices and site management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, basic design concepts, and industry safety practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and, ideally, exposure to AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
