- Role Description

ServiceNow ITOM + Integrations Architect

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery,



Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Design integrations with monitoring, infrastructure, cloud, and third-party tools.
- Lead CMDB strategy, discovery implementations, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture governance.

Required Skills:

- ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- CMDB & ITOM Suite
- IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server
- AWS/Azure/GCP integrations
- Monitoring tool integrations (Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, etc.)

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, CIS-Event Management. Location - Bangalore /hyd / Mumbai /Gurgaon /Noida
