Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru/Hyd /Gurgaon/ Noida /Mumbai for a ServiceNow ITSM Architect. The role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) architectures aligned with client business and IT processes. The architect will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create solution designs, configure and customize ServiceNow modules, and oversee integrations with enterprise systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical workshops, setting platform standards and best practices, reviewing development deliverables, and coordinating with project managers to ensure scope, timelines, and quality are met.



The role also includes guiding junior team members, ensuring adherence to governance and security guidelines, and supporting ongoing optimization and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

- Strong ServiceNow platform expertise with a focus on Architecture and Architectural Design for ITSM solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development on ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript, configuration, customization) and related tooling.
- Proven background in Integration of ServiceNow with external enterprise systems and data sources.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices; ITIL certification is an advantage.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, ITSM Implementation Specialist) strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and clear documentation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
