- Productivity & efficiency improvement
- Improve customer satisfaction CSI
- Setting goals for entire service area in cooperation with the management.
- Regular observing of customer & competition
- Behavior as well as of the quality of own consulting, delivery & Workshop services.
- Drawing up clearly defined service strategies.
- Staff assignment planning & recruitment, employee training, optimization of the payments/ bonus system.

Skills Requirements:

- Good people management skills
- High process orientation
- Read write & speak English
- Good technical knowledge

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
