Role Description The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end video production process, including planning, editing, and final delivery of high-quality video content for branding, social media, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying advanced video editing techniques, color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling.

Editor will collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and content strategists to ensure video outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves managing project timelines, maintaining organized file structures,



providing creative input on concepts, and mentoring junior team members on best practices in video production.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing projects from concept to final output.
- Candidates should possess advanced skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics across all video content.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations that support brand narratives.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent software).
- Candidates should possess strong storytelling, visual composition, and sound design awareness, with a portfolio demonstrating professional video work.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site within a multidisciplinary creative team in Rajkot.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
