About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Travel Sales & Operations professional who can handle customers end-to-end, create customized itineraries, design tour packages, and manage travel bookings and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, understand travel requirements, and convert leads into bookings.
- Prepare customized itineraries and tour packages for domestic and international destinations.
- Have good knowledge of European countries, tourist attractions, hotels, and sightseeing options.
- Explain destinations, packages, pricing, and travel plans confidently to customers.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other vendors.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and better deals.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and customer support.




- Ensure smooth travel arrangements from enquiry to trip completion.
- Follow up with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in travel sales and operations.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, especially Europe.
- Experience in itinerary planning and customized tour package creation.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, close deals, and handle customers independently.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple enquiries and bookings.
