Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Head – HORECA Location: Jaipur Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage the company's sales and marketing operations in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the HORECA segment. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional clients. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with operations, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution. Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the HORECA, hospitality, FMCG, coffee equipment, or food service industry. Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of sales planning, marketing strategies, and key account management. Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
