Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to join our team as an Senior Associate - Purchase. This role goes beyond traditional procurement and focuses on ensuring high product availability, efficient inventory flow, and quick turnaround of assets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing inventory, fixed assets, damage repair services, etc. Manage vendor relationships, coordinating repair and service vendors, and collaborating closely with warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

This is a highly operations-driven role that requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to improve fill rates, reduce turnaround time,



and optimize overall supply efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

● Executing both planned & just-in-time purchases across all product categories.

● Source and manage repair and service vendors for damaged or returned products

● Identify incomplete bins, purchasing shortfalls and coordinating with warehouse teams for bin replenishment.

● Manage vendor negotiations, including cost, SLAs, and quality standards

● Ensure quick turnaround time for repairs to maintain high availability

Requirements:

● Graduation in any specialization

● 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in the purchase department.

● Strong negotiation skills

● Hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferred.

● Problem-solving mindset with a strong execution focus

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
