About the Role

Baelit Digital Private Limited is seeking an experienced and execution-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead project planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end execution of business initiatives, particularly in application development and launch.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management and operational expertise, with the ability to take ownership of projects, manage teams, and deliver measurable results independently. Experience in the astrology and online consultation industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate with development, product, marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure timely project completion.




- Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and priorities.
- Develop execution strategies, operational processes, and performance tracking systems.
- Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee application development, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch improvements.
- Manage stakeholders, maintain progress reports, and provide regular updates directly to senior management.
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects and ensure accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile, or operations management will be preferred.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project management, execution management, or business operations.

Pay: Up to ₹3,600,000.00 per year
