Senior Placement Executive

We are experiencing robust growth and seeking outstanding individuals to join our Placement/B2B hiring partnerships career services team.

Type: Full-time job

Work Location: Aacharya house - 3rd floor, near cafe peter, Bavdhan, Pune.

Working Days: 6 Days a week (5 days Work from Office & Saturday Work from Home)

Work Timings: 9:00am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals for hiring in the field of Data Science and AI
- End-to-End Recruitment Coordination:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements, timelines, and preferences to successfully placing candidates and securing offers.
- Performance and Metrics Management:

Meet or exceed defined performance targets, including interview calls, job offers and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to optimize outcomes.
- Data and Records Management:

Accurately update job opportunities and candidate data in the system daily to ensure transparency and reliability.

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably Technical talent acquisition experience, or placements.




- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Networking Proficiency: Proficient in using professional networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, to source and engage clients in the Data Science or AI fields.

Note: Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in placement coordination can also apply for this role.
