Job title: Senior Manager – HR
Location: Chennai – Arumbakkam
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Roles:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining, including interviews, salary negotiation and offer letters.
- Handle 50% recruitment and 50% HR compliance.
- Manage appraisals, employee feedback, growth opportunities and engagement activities.
- Handle employee communication, grievances and HR queries.
- Coordinate employee orientation and technical/soft-skill training.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Handle ESIC, EPF, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Insurance and Payroll compliance.
- Support HR and talent development initiatives and employee satisfaction surveys.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to Recruitment & Statutory Compliance.
- NBFC/financial services experience preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience leading HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
