We Are Hiring for: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Manufacturing - Garment Industry)

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW

Candidates must have relevant experience in the manufacturing or garment industry, with strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions and Industrial Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, joining formalities, induction, and onboarding.

- Employee Lifecycle Management

Maintain employee records and manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, separations, exit interviews, and attrition analysis.

- Performance Management

Coordinate KRA and KPI processes, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and employee development plans.

- Learning and Development

Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, maintain training calendars, and monitor training compliance.

- HR Analytics and MIS

Prepare HR dashboards and reports covering attrition, absenteeism, overtime, manpower productivity, and employee engagement.





- Discipline Management and Industrial Relations

Handle disciplinary matters, preliminary investigations, show-cause notices, warning letters, charge sheets, and domestic inquiry documentation.

- Statutory Compliance

Maintain statutory records, coordinate audits and inspections, liaise with labour authorities, and ensure timely statutory filings.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW is mandatory.
- - Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- - Robust knowledge of HR Generalist functions and Industrial Relations.
- - Experience in the manufacturing or garment industry is mandatory.
- - Candidates must be willing to work in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
