Role Description This full-time Senior Information Technology Consultant role is a hybrid position based in Srinagar, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior IT Consultant will assess client technology environments, analyze business and technical requirements, and design solutions that align IT capabilities with strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert IT consulting, leading system evaluations and implementations, coordinating technical support activities, and advising on infrastructure, applications, and security.

The role involves preparing documentation and reports, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, mentoring junior team members,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong IT Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience advising clients on technology strategy and solutions.
- Advanced Information Technology knowledge, including core IT infrastructure, software, networking, and security concepts.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues, interpreting data, and developing practical, scalable recommendations.
- Hands-on Technical Support experience, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user support in complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead consulting role, preferably in a multi-client or project-based setting.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clearly and build trust.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage priorities independently, and collaborate within diverse teams.
- Relevant professional certifications (such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, or vendor-specific certifications) are an advantage.
