We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience specifically in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of logistics operations, manpower management, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.

The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end HR activities in a fast-paced logistics workplace and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics operations, including warehouse staff, delivery personnel, drivers, supervisors, operations executives, and managerial positions.
- Manpower Planning: Ensure timely deployment of manpower as per operational requirements and business needs.
- HR Operations: Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisals, employee reviews, disciplinary procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Coordination with Operations: Work closely with logistics, warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to meet manpower and HR requirements.
- HR Reporting: Maintain HR MIS reports related to headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee turnover.

Required Qualifications & Experience




- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in the logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain industry.
- Candidates with HR experience exclusively in other industries will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of logistics manpower planning, recruitment, and employee management.
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Must have direct experience working with a logistics company, transport company, warehouse, 3PL, or supply chain organization.
- Should understand the workforce challenges and HR requirements specific to logistics operations.
- Must be proactive, organized, and capable of independently managing HR responsibilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
