Abhishek Branding LLP is looking for talented, experienced and self-driven Senior Graphic Designers who are passionate about creativity, branding and visual communication.

This opportunity is designed for creative professionals who want to take ownership of their projects, work independently and build their earnings through performance and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and professional visual identities for brands.
- Design logos, corporate identities, brochures, company profiles and marketing materials.
- Create packaging designs, catalogues, advertisements and promotional creatives.
- Produce high-quality designs for print and digital platforms.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork with proper technical specifications.
- Understand client requirements and translate briefs into effective design solutions.
- Manage assigned projects independently, including revisions and deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency, creativity and design quality.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and composition.
- Experience in corporate branding, packaging design and print media.
- Knowledge of printing processes, CMYK, bleed and final artwork preparation.




- Robust creative thinking, visual communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work on time.
- Good communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
- Strong professional portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Agency or branding industry experience will be an advantage.

Earnings & Work Structure

30% Project-Based Earnings | No Fixed Monthly Salary

- Earn 30% on eligible assigned projects as defined in the project agreement.
- Earnings are performance-driven and depend on approved projects.
- No fixed monthly salary or guaranteed monthly earnings.
- Project value calculation, approval and payment terms will be agreed in writing.
- Work independently with responsibility for assigned deliverables.
- Work from our office in Vadodara.
