Role Description The Senior Healthcare Consultant will lead consulting engagements focused on healthcare systems, providers, and payers, with a particular emphasis on designing and improving care delivery, operational efficiency, and reimbursement models. This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves conducting detailed analyses of healthcare data, policies, and processes, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, facilitating stakeholder workshops, preparing presentations and reports, and guiding junior team members in project execution.





The consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions, support implementation, and monitor outcomes to ensure sustained impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex healthcare and financial data.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Healthcare Consulting experience, including leading client engagements and delivering strategic recommendations.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the Healthcare Industry and exposure to Medicare or similar reimbursement and regulatory frameworks.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clinical and administrative leaders.
- Candidates should possess experience in project management, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
- Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA, or equivalent) or substantial consulting experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare analytics tools, policy frameworks, and quality improvement methodologies is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
