Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Facility Manager to manage large-scale facility operations at KCT Tech Park, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 7–15 years of experience in integrated facility management, preferably handling large corporate facilities with a workforce or operational scale of approximately 2,000 employees.

The role involves managing electrical client coordination, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), housekeeping, pantry and cafeteria operations, and all other soft services. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing vendors and service teams, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Candidates with strong experience in large commercial facilities, IT parks, corporate campuses, or integrated facility management operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Facility Operations Management

- Manage end-to-end facility operations for a large corporate facility accommodating approximately 2,000 employees.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, service quality, safety, hygiene, and overall facility upkeep.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, building management, internal teams, and external service providers.

2. Electrical Services and AMC Management
- Coordinate electrical maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of electrical service issues.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), including vendor coordination, service schedules, renewals,



and performance monitoring.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and timely closure of maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to maintain service continuity and minimise operational disruptions.

3. Soft Services Management
- Manage all soft services, including housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, waste management, pest control, and office hygiene.
- Supervise service teams and ensure adequate manpower deployment across all facility areas.
- Monitor housekeeping standards, washroom cleanliness, common areas, cafeteria hygiene, and pantry services.
- Ensure quality control, service audits, and compliance with client requirements.

4. Client and Vendor Management
- Handle client communication, operational reviews, service escalations, and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendors, contractors, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare operational reports, review service performance, and implement corrective actions.

5. Team and Cost Management
- Lead and supervise facility management teams, supervisors, technicians, housekeeping staff, and other service personnel.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
- Monitor operational budgets, consumables, inventory, and service costs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs, and enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any stream, B.Sc., B.Tech.,



or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 7–15 years of experience in facility management or integrated facility management.
- Strong experience handling large-scale corporate facilities, preferably serving approximately 2,000 employees.
- Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance coordination and AMC management.
- Proven expertise in housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, and other soft services management.
- Strong client relationship management, vendor management, and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, SLA/KPI monitoring, facility audits, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in IT parks, large corporate campuses, commercial buildings, or technology parks will be preferred.
- Experience managing multiple soft services and coordinating technical services within a large facility is essential.
- Should be capable of independently managing facility operations and handling client escalations.
- Must be comfortable working at KCT Tech Park, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.
