We are seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer with experience in C/C development on Linux-based embedded platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing firmware applications for microprocessor-based systems and implementing industrial communication protocols for automation products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware applications using C/C on Linux-based platforms.
- Design and implement industrial communication protocols.
- Develop and maintain firmware for microprocessor-based embedded systems.
- Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot embedded firmware and communication issues.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system integration and validation.
- Support firmware testing, documentation, and product release activities.
Must-Have Skills
- 3 years of experience in Embedded C/C development.
- Hands-on experience with Linux-based firmware application development.
- Experience with microprocessor-based embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols:
- EtherNet/IP
- Modbus TCP
- Embedded Web Server
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Industrial Automation or Building Automation.
- Knowledge of embedded networking and communication stacks.
- Familiarity with embedded software development lifecycle and version control.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC;), Instrumentation, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
